Diet Food #1 -- Hummus + Pita + Cucumber / Tomato + Protein Shake

My lunch for today.

Hummus a mashed chickpeas and sesame dip.

I love hummus, pita, cucumber and tomato slices. Wish I can get a second serve but this will do in the name of weight loss 😀

My future lean body on my thoughts while eating this haha!
